We have an extra care scheme with a Covid 19 outbreak and have been asked by the Care agency to close the scheme to visitors…..tenants have the rights ad responsibilites of any other assured tenant. Govt guidelines are just that, inconclusive, and I’d be intersted to know how others have struck the balance between concern for tenants’ safety and their, and their families preference.
