There isn’t always a clear victim or perpetrator. Complaints can quickly become counter complaints, cases stay open for months, and it can be difficult to know when intervention is appropriate and when it isn’t.

If you’re supporting residents in independent living settings, our upcoming CPD accredited training is designed to help you approach these situations with greater confidence.

 Recognise the difference between a neighbour dispute and antisocial behaviour
 Take a harm centred approach that doesn’t overlook safeguarding or support needs
 Manage expectations and set appropriate boundaries
 Build confidence in deciding what action is, and isn’t, appropriate
