When we ran our Digital Switchover – Good Practice Guide Launch event in February, it was so popular that we agreed to run an update event in October.

By 2025, analogue telephone services will be switched off as the UK’s telecoms infrastructure is upgraded to digital connectivity. This shift has major implications for the 1.7 million people who rely on telecare in the UK, and on the organisations that manage health, housing and home care.

Our Digital Switchover – Good Practice Guide Update Event will focus on the practical considerations for sheltered and retirement housing providers.

Presenting on the impact of the digital switchover and their digital solution. Mark will also share the customer queries they have encountered and how Careline have responded.

Asmut Price, Older Persons Accommodation Manager, Cardiff City Council
Presenting on Cardiff City Council’s organisational approach to understanding and planning for Digital Switchover. Asmut will be sharing where Cardiff City Council are currently with their Digital Switchover plans as well as their key learnings and recommendations.
