Our lunchtime ILS Bitesize Workshops introduce one of our Independent Living Standards, highlight the requirements of an accredited organisation and provide examples of good practice. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share good practice.

Our second ILS Bitesize Workshop on Professional Boudaries will look at how to create professional boundaries for staff working in Independent Living Services and will include:

• Defining professional boundaries
• Identifying the risks
• Creating appropriate boundaries
• Understanding boundary crossings and what to do.

Aimed at managers and front-line staff, this workshop focusses on what good practice looks like and offers an opportunity to compare practices with other providers.

Who can attend? anyone who is interested in improving the standard of their independent living services (you don’t have to be an erosh member)
