This seminar is brought to erosh members in partnership with CIH and aims to provide frontline housing professionals working in extra care and supported housing settings with an opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other.

The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales will open this extended webinar, giving us her thoughts on how Wales needs to respond to a rapidly ageing population, and particularly its response through the lens of housing.

This will be followed by two panel discussions. The first will explore current trends in the older people’s housing space, aided by Erosh’s Independent Living Services Benchmarking Report, and the second session looking at good practice in the older people’s housing setting in terms of dealing with challenging behaviours.
