Our new training course is being delivered by Christine Bentham, the author of our Good Practice Guide – Supporting Individuals with Challenging Behaviour in Independent Living Settings.
The course will explore the issues being faced by front line staff in responding to an increase in challenging behaviour and look at how staff can develop techniques and approaches to managing the situation.
The course will cost £95 for members of erosh and £125 for non-members, with a free copy of the Good Practice guide for all delegates. If you’re not sure whether your organisation is an erosh member, please get in touch on info@erosh.co.uk.
Numbers will be limited to 12. Further courses will be scheduled later in the year, and we can also offer the course in-house. If you’d like any further information, please contact Steve Rafferty on ILS@erosh.co.uk.
