Training Event – Identifying & Managing Challenging Behaviour in Independent Living Services

This training course is being delivered by Christine Bentham, the author of the Good Practice Guide – Supporting Individuals with Challenging Behaviour in Independent Living Settings.

The course will explore the issues being faced by front line staff in responding to an increase in challenging behaviour and look at how staff can develop techniques and approaches to managing the situation.
