This event will showcase the good practice that is taking place within Independent Living Services, highlighting the wide range of services being delivered across the UK and the innovation in meeting current service expectations.

It is an opportunity to hear about the latest developments in the sector and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

• An innovative older persons housing strategy, development programme and service outline.

11.30am – Northampton Partnership Homes – Kelly Fitzgerald, Head of Tenancy Support and Andrea Tear, Housing Support Manager

• A holistic approach to supporting tenants and working in partnership with the Council with homeless prevention and support. A wide range of good practice examples.

1pm – Wokingham Council – Helen Griffiths, Scheme Manager

• An alternative model of scheme based staffing, resident involvement and team handover process.

1.30pm – Riverside Housing – Jenny Crocker, Quality Advisor

• Major scheme improvement programme, resident involvement through co-production and quality monitoring.

2.30pm – Watford Community Housing Trust – Marlene Burton, Supported Housing Manager and Wendy Browning, Scheme Officer

• New development, Flexi Care scheme, new service offer and good practice including resident involvement.
