What arrangements do providers have for managing their car parking?

Where spaces are limited and there are more car users than spaces how do you prioritise spaces?

We don’t. We make it clear to residents it’s on a first come, first served basis. We are rural so we do have plenty of free on street parking in the vicinities, but it still causes problems occasionally. Our scheme managers don’t have the time to police car parks. We ask residents to have only one road worthy car in the car park, other cars need to be parked elsewhere. If residents need a disabled space, they are asked to apply to County for one to be put in, but this is also on a first come, first served basis
