Cardarn Housing Group are looking for a Head of Property Services.
About You
We are looking for an experienced property maintenance leader with a relevant professional qualification, such as CIOB or RICS, and substantial experience of managing high-volume repairs, maintenance or property services. You will have a strong track record of leading large operational
teams, managing significant budgets, reporting at senior level and translating strategic priorities into clear delivery plans.
You will bring advanced knowledge of building maintenance, procurement, service delivery models, contract management, cost control and job costing. You should also be confident using repair and maintenance systems, performance data and Microsoft applications to support decision-making, planning and service improvement.
Just as importantly, you will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to lead, motivate and shape high-performing teams. You will be resilient, analytical and solution-focused, able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and make sound decisions in a busy operational environment.
At Cadarn, we value people who champion customer focus, take a positive and proactive approach, remain calm under pressure and represent the Group professionally. Experience of housing association maintenance and knowledge of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard would be an advantage but not essential. A full driving license and access to a car for work are essential.

Cardarn Housing Group are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer.
About You
We are looking for 2 x positive and proactive Tenant Liaison Officers who can deliver success in this high performing team. You should have previous experience of tenant liaison within the social housing or construction sector, along with experience of working in a customer focused environment. You will need excellent IT skills and be able to build trust and educate people in the use of new technologies.
You must have a genuine interest in the sustainability and zero carbon agenda and be excited about improving our homes and providing affordable warmth for our tenants. Knowledge of green technologies and fuel poverty is desirable, but not essential.
We have an ambitious programme of works, and you should enjoy working effectively under your own initiative and managing a busy workload. You will be an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

About You
You will have experience of working within a busy office environment and carrying out administrative tasks to a high standard. The Administrator position is a busy, varied, and challenging role and you must be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of asset management software is desirable but not essential for the role.
You will be educated to GCSE or equivalent level and excellent written skills with the ability to produce documents such as letters, minutes, and short reports in a professional and well-presented format. This is a demanding and challenging customer service delivery role. You should enjoy working under your own initiative and managing a busy workload, whilst also being a team player with great customer service and communication skills.
