How do you manage sheltered housing residents when they have moved other people not part of the contract into their property – a son/daughter/grandchild – who is creating over occupation and also, does not meet the age criteria
If a resident has moved to sheltered, and then their adult child starts to live with them, how do you manager/what steps do you take, especially if it is causing issues within the scheme including ASB etc?
