A half-day, online training course to gain applied knowledge and confidence in managing anti-social behaviour.
This course is aimed as staff working within the Sheltered Housing/Independent Living environment.
Objectives: To enable staff in Sheltered Housing/Independent Living to gain applied knowledge and confidence in managing anti-social behaviour.
The course will cover:
- What do we mean by anti-social behaviour
- How does ASB occur
- The role of early intervention
- The law and how it applies
- Non-legal remedies
- Case studies
The course will cost £95 for members of erosh and £125 for non-members.
