We are delighted to welcome Duncan and Louise to the erosh Board of Trustees, bringing with them a wealth of experience across social housing, supported and sheltered housing, governance and community engagement.

Louise who is the current Head of Housing & Support at Transform Housing & Support has spent more than 35 years working in supported and sheltered housing, with a career grounded in ensuring people feel safe, listened to and well supported in their homes. She is passionate about reliable, high-quality services and about working alongside residents, colleagues and partners to understand what people need from the services they rely on.

Duncan is Chief Executive Officer of MUIRCROFT HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED and brings more than 25 years of experience in social housing. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a member of the Institute of Place Management, his experience spans property and asset management, service improvement, resident engagement, strategic partnerships and operational leadership.

Alongside his professional roles, Duncan has extensive governance and community leadership experience, including serving as a Borough and Parish Councillor, School Governor and charity trustee.

Both Duncan and Louise share erosh’s commitment to strong governance, person-centred support, high-quality services and working collaboratively to improve the lives of older people.
