CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice: Independent Living Services Pathway
Designed for those working directly in independent living services, Level 3 provides a strong grounding in housing practice alongside specialist learning around independent living for older people.
It is particularly relevant for Independent Living Coordinators, Scheme Managers, Sheltered and Retirement Housing Officers, Wellbeing Officers and Housing Officers supporting older people, as well as those moving into the sector.
CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing: Independent Living Services Pathway
For more experienced professionals with responsibility for leading, managing or developing services, Level 4 builds deeper knowledge across housing, leadership and service delivery, including strategies for delivering independent living services.
It can also support organisations as they continue to develop the skills and capability of their teams in response to the Competence and Conduct Standard.
Both qualifications combine live tutor-led learning with expert support and practical assignments that can be applied within the workplace.
