I have been a self-employed consultant for over 15 years, increasingly busy with a variety of voluntary and statutory sector quality standards, and prior to that managed accreditation nationally for the Foyer Federation as a Senior Management Team member.
In most of the standards with which I am involved I hold senior positions, so often support and monitor the work of my fellow assessors.
Back in the last century! I was employed mainly in residential services (London and elsewhere) with a range of client groups and special needs, in both key-work and management roles.
