We’re delighted to welcome Robin MacIntosh and Ian Hembrow to the erosh team, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for improving housing and support services for older people. 💚 

Robin MacIntosh joins us as Practice and Standards Director. A CIH-qualified housing professional with more than 30 years’ experience, Robin has worked across supported housing and housing for older people, combining senior leadership with operational and strategic expertise. His work has spanned housing providers, local authorities, care providers and partner organisations, with a strong focus on service improvement, best practice and education.

Ian Hembrow joins us as Policy and Research Director. Ian brings 40 years of experience across housing and community development, including local authority, housing association, consultancy and voluntary sectors. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, qualified features journalist and CIH Academy tutor, Ian specialises in best practice research and innovation, plain language communication and customer involvement.

Both Robin and Ian bring extensive knowledge of the sector and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for older people and the organisations that support them.

We’re excited to have them on board and look forward to the experience, ideas and insight they’ll bring to erosh and our members.
