A really positive away day for the erosh Trustees this week, with plenty of ideas, challenge and conversation about what comes next as we look beyond our 30th year as a charity...
The away day was a chance to look back at the progress made against current objectives, but the real focus was on the future and beginning to shape the erosh Business Plan for 2027-29.
There was a real energy around the discussion, particularly when it came to how erosh can continue to support members, strengthen what already works well and develop new ideas that respond to what people across the sector need from us.
Our Trustees brought a huge amount of experience, insight and perspective to the table, and came away with a wide range of ideas that will now help shape the next stage of erosh’s work.
A big thank you to Ian Hembrow for facilitating the day so brilliantly and helping us make the most of the conversations, and to The Mercers' Company for providing such a fantastic setting.
There is plenty to develop from here, and we’re looking forward to sharing more about the 2027-29 Business Plan as it takes shape!
