We’re absolutely delighted to share that erosh has been shortlisted for the Welsh Housing Awards 2026!
We’re finalists in the Working in Partnership category, recognising our work with Kingdom Academy and our wider network of specialist training partners to strengthen professional development across the older people’s housing sector.
Partnership working has always been central to what we do at erosh. We know that bringing together different expertise, experiences and perspectives helps us provide better learning opportunities for the people delivering independent living services and, ultimately, better outcomes for older people.
Our CIH Level 3 Housing Practice (Independent Living Pathways) qualification, developed in partnership with Kingdom Academy, alongside our extensive programme of specialist training and good practice events, reflects that commitment.
Over the past year, we’ve seen professionals grow in confidence, organisations strengthen their services and valuable connections develop between people working across the sector. It’s wonderful to see this collaborative approach recognised.
A huge thank you to Kingdom Academy, our training partners, members, learners and everyone who has contributed to making these programmes such a success. This recognition belongs to all of you.
We’re looking forward to celebrating alongside fellow finalists at the Welsh Housing Awards 2026!
