A half-day, online training course to staff in independent living gain applied knowledge and confidence in managing challenging behaviour
Objectives: The course will explore the issues being faced by front line staff in responding to an increase in challenging behaviour and look at how staff can develop techniques and approaches to managing the situation.
Numbers will be limited to 15.
