LGBTQ+ & Neurodiversity: Understanding, Inclusion, Respect
Celebrate the diversity within our sheltered housing and independent living communities. This session will help staff build confidence, compassion, and practical skills when supporting older people with varied identities and ways of thinking. Because everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and understood. Join us to explore real stories, simple tools for inclusive conversations, and the small changes that make a big difference in daily life. Let’s create communities where individuality is welcomed and belonging is for everyone. Numbers will be limited to 15 – further courses can be scheduled if high demand as well as the option for the course to be provided in-house.
