Hi, we have a 55+ scheme that provides our customers living on-site with a meal every lunchtime. The catering company prepare and serve the meals. Until recently the recycling and food waste from this has been collected from the scheme with no additional charge. However, we are now being asked to pay for specific trade waste collection as the on-site kitchen is deemed as being a commercial kitchen. Has anyone had any similar experiences?
