Peripatetic Extra Care Scheme Manager SOHA Housing

In this
role you will be responsible, for providing a responsive and pro-active Housing
Management service to residents in an Extra Care Housing Scheme, enabling them
to live as independently as possible. Provide an excellent service in
accordance with Soha’s policies, procedures and service standards with specific
attention to Safeguarding duties, visiting schemes as part of a rota and
covering sheltered. Organise viewings and signups for new tenants.

Independent Living Advisor SOHA Housing
Job Status: Permanent Full-time - hybrid working arrangemets
In this role you will provide a visible and community-based neighbourhood service for people living in Independent Living accommodation, engaging with customers daily while building knowledge of their aspirations and needs. You will collaborate with the community in developing place-making focused action plans. You will manage a patch of Independent Living schemes and properties and own the responsibility for ensuring the area is attractive, peaceful, and socially sustainable.

We are also looking for a trustee to fulfil the role of Vice Treasurer with finance or accountancy experience. Knowledge of or interest in the social housing sector and/or older people’s housing and support would be a bonus. All roles are voluntary with a commitment of about 1 day a month including quarterly board meetings. Erosh is a small charity with part-time staff so you will have opportunities to get involved in all aspects of our work.
