Another briefing erosh is working on in conjunction with the South Wales network is how can sheltered and retirement housing providers prepare for a future pandemic outbreak? Obviously Covid-19 took us all by surprise and many providers have realised that they need in place a plan for an outbreak along with other crises such as fire or flood.
We would be grateful for your input and ideas along the lines of:
- What measures will you now have in place as a matter of course which will prepare you better for a pandemic outbreak?
- What would be on your list of what to do should a pandemic outbreak occur?
- Will you just add a pandemic to your existing emergency plans or will you create something separate?
- Anything else you would like to share in relation to this topic.
