Promoting your service to a wider community and car user status for scheme managers

Hi All,
We’re looking to promote the service to the wider, non social, community. How do you go about advertising and raising awareness of the service? Do you have an issue with voids?
Also, do you have dedicated scheme managers for each building? If so, do they receive an essential car user payment each month to cover wear and tear or is it just casual mileage allowances?
