We are delighted that erosh CEO, Rebecca Mollart has joined the Board of Welsh Housing Quarterly.
Welsh Housing Quarterly is the only independent housing and regeneration magazine for and about Wales. Incisive analysis, clear reporting and informed editorial – WHQ is the place to keep up to date with what is going on in housing and regeneration in Wales.
WHQ provides high quality information and views on housing and regeneration issues. It aims to inform, stimulate debate and provide examples of effective practice.
The magazine was established in 1990 by the Centre for Housing Management and Development at Cardiff University and is now published by Chartered Institue of Housing Cymru.
WHQ is published four times a year in the spring, summer, autumn and winter. Every issue of WHQ includes a range of articles as well as regular features:
- Policy Update
- Finance Update
- Findings from key research projects funded by the Welsh Government and other research funders
- Regular contributions from CIH Cymru, Community Housing Cymru, Cymorth Cymru, Cwmpas, Shelter Cymru
Matt Dicks, Director of CIH Cymru said “The Welsh Housing Quarterly is the sector go to for all the latest developments in the housing and regeneration sector in Wales. It’s important that we hear the voice from all sections of the housing debate, and with Wales having the highest population of older people in the UK it’s important that older people’s housing is represented in WHQ’s content. Whilst we need to build new affordable homes at pace and scale to address the housing emergency, we also need to ensure that they are whole lifetime homes that are able to adopt to the needs of tenants and owner occupiers as they age. So, it’s great to have Rebecca on board to feed that voice into our editorial discussions.”
Rebecca Mollart, erosh CEO said “Erosh has for a long time been a contributor to WHQ with great respect for the range and quality of its articles and features. I am delighted therefore to have the opportunity to play a more active role and highlight the issues facing the older people’s housing sector.”
