Rebecca Mollart Chief Executive
Rebecca has been in the sector for over 30 years. In addition to being Chief Executive at erosh, she is a consultant specialising in skills, management, and organisational development; teaching and assessment, mainly for the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH); and supported housing.
Rebecca is a qualified teacher with a postgraduate diploma in housing, a CIH Fellow, Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and Chwarae Teg mentor; and has previously been a board member at Rooftop Housing.

Rena Karadogan Administrator
Rena is our membership and finance administrator, working for us in a part time capacity and will be your first point of contact when you call or email erosh. Rena will also be supporting our local erosh networks.
Rena has worked in the housing sector for over 30 years specialising in older people’s housing and support. Rena has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing for many years, and has worked for both local authorities and housing associations in South Wales and the South East of England. Rena led Trivallis through the Code of Practice and serviced the erosh Cymru network for several years.

Jo is our Director of Marketing & Business Development, working for us in a part-time capacity.
Jo has gained a wealth of experience in sales and business development working in a variety of different industries. Most recently Jo has been working in a membership development role for 2 learning & development organisations.

Leisa Stephenson Director of Good Practice
Working at both operational and strategic levels, Leisa’s background is in health and social care. As a qualified social worker, Leisa worked in Local Authority adult services, commissioning of person-centred services and special projects, moving into research consultancy in access and inclusion at both UK and European levels.
Her main specialisms are project management and coordination, business process improvement and promoting best practice by example.
Leisa has a portfolio career working at erosh and as a national project manager in prison healthcare.
