Our Independent Living Services Benchmarking Project is now complete and the results have been published, highlighting the changes happening in independent living services across the UK, with results covering England, Wales and Northern Ireland landlords.
The results have been shared with the participating landlords, and an anonymised version has been made available to be shared more widely. There are 2 reports, with the main report summarising the key findings and the appendix document has detailed information about the different organisations that have taken part.
