Customer Services Officer Keniston

Job Status: Part time Mondays and Tuesdays (9:00 to 17:00) and Wednesdays 9:00 to 12:30 Salary circa £15,000pa

As part of the Customer Service team providing the first point of contact for Keniston’s customers. Aiming to deal with queries and resolve problems in the first instance and providing administrative support and assistance to other teams.

Retirement Housing Officer Eastbourne Borough and Lewes District Councils

Job Status: Permanent £26,394 - £33,133 37 hours per week

Eastbourne Borough and Lewes District Council are looking to recruit a Retirement Housing Officer. You will be based at retirement housing schemes in either Lewes District Council or Eastbourne Borough Council and you will be required to cover other schemes across both areas. You will be required to attend meetings and work events at council offices.

Neighbourhood Housing are looking for a Retirement Housing Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.  The post holder will manage all aspects of housing management in retirement housing and be expected to work flexibly across all the Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough areas.

Trustees erosh

Job Status: Part-time

Do you feel passionately about good quality housing and services for older people? Can you contribute to our organisation and make a real difference? We are always looking for new trustees to join our active, friendly and committed board of trustees and help us achieve our goals. Read about the role here.

We are also looking for a trustee to fulfil the role of Treasurer with finance or accountancy experience.

Knowledge of or interest in the social housing sector and/or older people’s housing and support would be a bonus. All roles are voluntary with a commitment of about 1 day a month including quarterly board meetings.  Erosh is a small charity with part-time staff so you will have opportunities to get involved in all aspects of our work.
