Cadarn Housing Group is a charitable housing association, that offers nearly 5,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas.
Newydd Maintenance Ltd is built on an in-house contractor model, designed to provide quality customer services, whilst achieving substantial planned growth and expansion, potentially outside of the group. Newydd Maintenance Ltd is a subsidiary company which currently provides maintenance services to Newydd Housing Association.
We are looking for a Gas Engineer to carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance to plumbing and gas systems, and boiler installs to our properties whilst delivering a high-quality service to our tenants. Previous experience in plumbing and domestic gas engineer’s work is essential and you will also need a broad knowledge of Gas Safety and other industry legislation and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and receiving and completing work on handheld devices

Gas & Heating Supervisor Newydd
Job Status: 40 Hours / Permanent Tongwynlais, Cardiff with fully flexible agile working options and regular travel across South and Mid Wales £43,310 to £45,589

We are also looking for a trustee to fulfil the role of Vice Treasurer with finance or accountancy experience. Knowledge of or interest in the social housing sector and/or older people’s housing and support would be a bonus. All roles are voluntary with a commitment of about 1 day a month including quarterly board meetings. Erosh is a small charity with part-time staff so you will have opportunities to get involved in all aspects of our work.
