Caerphilly County Borough Council as recruiting a Sheltered Housing Officer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization. The successful candidate will undertake and review support plans, signpost to other agencies, monitor wellbeing, encourage social interaction and ensure compliance with health and safety. You will be supporting to deliver a service which enables residents to live independently and safely as well as working with other housing teams to carry out appropriate housing management.

Policy Manager Tai Pawb

Job Status: £37,874 (fixed term until November 2026). 4 day week (80% of full time hours will full-time pay); Remote & flexible working (occasional attendance at Cardiff office and travel)

Tai Pawb are looking for someone to support Tai Pawb’s policy development, influencing and campaigning work across housing, equality and human rights. You will work closely with the Head of Policy and Public Affairs to help shape and deliver impactful campaigns—such as our joint ‘Back the Bill: the right to a good home’ initiative—while coordinating research, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to policy papers and briefings. This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive change in Wales’ housing sector, influence national policy, and work at the heart of a small, dynamic organisation committed to equality and social justice. 

Trustees erosh

Do you feel passionately about good quality housing and services for older people? Can you contribute to our organisation and make a real difference? We are always looking for new trustees to join our active, friendly and committed board of trustees and help us achieve our goals. Read about the role here.

We are also looking for a trustee to fulfil the role of Treasurer with finance or accountancy experience.

Knowledge of or interest in the social housing sector and/or older people’s housing and support would be a bonus. All roles are voluntary with a commitment of about 1 day a month including quarterly board meetings.  Erosh is a small charity with part-time staff so you will have opportunities to get involved in all aspects of our work.
