Erosh Chief Executive, Rebecca Mollart, chaired the annual joint erosh/CIH Cymru conference in Cardiff on 6 December. This popular and vibrant conference was originally developed as a result of demand from CIH Cymru customers and erosh members for an event aimed specifically at front-line staff supporting older people and this focus has been maintained through a mixture of policy focused plenary sessions and very practical workshops. Erosh members again contributed to the content through the South Wales network and feedback from previous delegates was taken on board by the organisers.
