We provide practical advice and guidance, news and commentary to support front line staff and service managers to them respond to contemproary challenges and opportunities.
Through our national and local networks, we provide opportunities for members to come together to share issues and good practice.
Our Code of Practice for Sheltered and Supported Housing also provides a framework for evidence the quality of services to customers and stakeholders.
