Erosh is delighted to announce its London Regional Network is being relaunched with two new joint chairs managing the network.
The first meeting of the new network is being held on Thursday, May 9, and is kindly being hosted by The Mercer’s Company at their recently refurbished development, Trinity Hospital, in Greenwich (Trinity Hospital, Garden and Riverside Almshouses, Old Woolwich Road, Greenwich, London, SE10 9AS.)
We would like to thank the previous chair of the network, Sharan Sandhar, for all her hard work over a number of years.
The new joint chairs are Jon Head and Sarah Oliver.
The event will run from 12.00pm (starting with a tour of the scheme) until 3.30pm with a sandwich lunch courtesy of The Mercers Company.
Please let us know by April 15 whether you will be attending.
As it is some time since the last London Network meeting, we are keen to ensure that the topics covered/speakers are relevant to the concerns and interests of members, so we are looking at such areas as, working with health in the context of NHS changes, dementia, and/or the impact of Welfare Reform. We will be pleased to hear from you about topics you would like us to cover, if not at this, then at future meetings.
We plan to have a ‘Hot Topics’ feature where you have the opportunity to discuss common issues and share good practice. If you want to flag up something for this slot, please let us know by Friday, May 3.
We are working to update the database for the London Network. If you are aware of changes in your organisation (or others) and want to suggest other possible names/contacts, do please let us know.
Just to remind you, network events are free of charge to erosh members. However we hope that these events will encourage organisations to join erosh so if you are thinking of joining or have a colleague in another organisation who might be interested in joining, you/they are welcome to come along to one or two meetings before joining – but we will then expect you to join erosh before attending further network events.
The nearest stations are Maze Hill (Southeastern Trains) or Cutty Sark (DLR). There is no parking on site. The nearest public car park is at Park Row SE10 9NL

Looking beyond May, we aim to have four London meetings a year, and will review possible topics and dates at the May event. If you have possible venues (schemes or offices) that you can offer, we would be delighted to hear from you.
We look forward to hearing from you and hope to meet as many of you as possible on May 9.
