“The Future Funding of Services for Vulnerable People”
Providing interesting and helpful briefings and workshops delivered by expert speakers, this year’s National Conference from Support Solutions is concerned with the very topical issues of the new funding environments within which are all expected to work.
What is the future for Exempt Accommodation? How will the Welfare Reform Act impact on vulnerable people? What funding is available for services for vulnerable people? How do we get it? How do we calculate the value of what we do? What do we mean when we talk about “vulnerability”.
There will also be sessions on some different topical issues for the sector. How the sector should be making better use of essentially free technologies such as social media to engage with staff and to empower vulnerable people, and also “5 new technologies that will fundamentally change services for older people”.
