Both members and non-members can post a query here on anything to do with older people’s housing and support or the work of erosh itself and will receive a response from Rebecca Mollart, erosh’s policy director or other experts depending on the nature of the query.
We thought it would be useful to let you know each month the kinds of things people are asking us so you know the kinds of things we can help you with. For example, over the last month we have had queries ranging from medication policies to the legal obligations of sheltered housing providers and from visitors overstaying their welcome in sheltered scheme guest rooms and fire safety procedures to support planning software solutions.
