This course prepares you for working sensitively in older people’s homes in any setting e.g. sheltered and retirement housing, independent living, extra-care accommodation, private retirement accommodation or in their own owned homes.
In addition to covering general guiding principles when working in anyone’s home, we cover a range of age related considerations as well as how to respond appropriately to individual needs.
