Would you like to know how your rent and service charges compare to the industry average?
Erosh is undertaking a Rent & Service Charge Benchmarking Project in Wales in order to gather information about rents and service charges from participating organisations to allow benchmarking around overall costs, comparisons of different property type and size, as well as exploring the differences between organisations and what is included within the costs.
The review will address the following questions:
– How do core rents in schemes compare within providers of similar accommodation in Wales?
– How do service charges compare with providers of similar accommodation in Wales?
– How do different organisations deliver services, included within rents and service charges?
The review will provide a set of data and organisation profile information to allow each organisation to consider value for money and comparisons with organisations.
