Are you looking to join a successful in-house repairs team? Do you have previous experience in empty property rubbish clearances, general bricklaying, minor roofing, plastering and groundworks? Then we may have just the job for you!
The role involves undertaking specific building work, general maintenance and improvements to the Association’s tenanted and void properties, delivering a high quality, right first-time repairs service, to maintain homes to the highest standard. Work will mostly involve assisting other Trade Operatives, although at times the Labourer will be required to independently complete work of a simple nature.
