Erosh believes in championing quality housing and support for our ageing population, but what does the quality in quality housing and support actually look like?
This year’s joint conference with CIH Cymru focuses on this question of quality. At the fantastic Village Urban Resort in Swansea, this year’s programme is packed with plenary sessions and practice workshops which come under the umbrella of quality. Expert speakers will share with us their views on quality of design, services for people with dementia and people who are lonely or isolated, emerging models of accommodation for older people, how to measure quality/quality standards, etc. The conference will combine strategic keynote sessions with a range of interactive workshop sessions sharing views and exchanging best practice.
This is a must attend event for frontline staff and managers involved in providing housing and related support for an ageing population including advice staff.
