It is with great sadness we share the news that Emma Kent from West Kent HA, one of our Trustees, suddenly passed away last Sunday from meningitis. Emma had been a loyal and highly committed Trustee for many years, demonstrating her passion for older people’s housing including sheltered and extra care accommodation. During this time Emma carried out her role as erosh secretary with dedication, diligence, and such an eye for detail that we had come to rely on her for all things constitutional. Emma was great to work with and brought to the board a wealth of practical experience and knowledge as well as enthusiasm and a great sense of humour. We will all miss Emma and send our sincere condolences to all her family, friends and colleagues.
