Erosh CEO, Rebecca Mollart and Christine Bentham, Author of our Good Practice Guide – Supporting Individuals with Challenging Behaviour in Independent Living Settings have been featured in the Winter 2025 edition of Welsh Housing Quarterly.
Rebecca and Christine noted, that in an erosh survey of this topic last year, 67 per cent of respondents reported that their organisation had experienced an increase in residents with challenging behaviour in the last two years.
Rebecca and Christine go on to discuss the different types of challenging behaviour as well as looking at ways in which housing providers can support their employees in dealing with this type of behaviour.
